Delivery Cost?

Delivery is free within local trade regions (except heavy-duty items such as large printers) Excluding GST, Coupons, or Promo Codes. Orders will be shipped based on credit approval and product availability.

When will my order be delivered?

You can expect your products to arrive between 2-5 business days after they have been shipped.

Please use the billing address and contact information that appears on your credit card statement when placing your order, if your credit card information does not match exactly what is on the file for your credit card, your order may be delayed for verification, which may require us to contact you personally,

It is important to remember that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands, and the carrier is responsible for any unexpected delays in its delivery.

However, will do everything necessary to get your products to you as soon as possible

When Will my Products Order Ship?

Toner kart typically ships all in-stock items within 1 - 5 working business days. Monday through Friday, we ship products. If You Place Your Order before 4 p.m. AST, Your order will be shipped out the next business day from when you placed it, although you may experience a slight delay of 1-4 business days (excluding back-orders).

An order placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following working day, as we don't ship on non-business days.

Is it possible to ship outside of Australia?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Should I sign for my package?

The courier may require you to sign for the delivery of your package for your security. The delivery is still at the driver's discretion and subjects to the carrier's policies

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer several shipping options. It is not possible to select a preferred carrier when placing your order. If a certain carrier cannot deliver to your location, please contact us at info@tonerkart.com.au so that we can inform our Shipping 

Department.

If an item is delivered damaged, what should I do?

Within five business days of receiving your shipment, please initiate a return authorization request. In order to properly establish that the damage was caused by shipping, we will need a picture of the damaged package in the same condition as when it was received. If any of the contents or packaging are altered or discarded, we will not accept claims for shipping damage.

If a Product is missing From My Order, What should I do?

Your items may have been sent separately, so you may need to check your emails to see if any items are arriving separately  

You will find the contents of each delivery note if your order has been sent in different parcels. To ensure you haven't missed anything, please check the delivery notes from each part of your order.

Our Customer Service team can assist you if a product is missing. You can contact them at info@tonerskart.com.au.com with the order number and the missing item's name and number.

My Package Never Arrived And It Says That It Has Been Delivered? 

In some cases, a package can be lost in a conveyance by the carrier. However, within 7 business days, you must notify Tonerkart and we will file a claim with the shipping company and will either reship the package or repay the client upon claim resolution If you don't admit your package. You must notify us that your package has not been entered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
